For CLB 9 you need at least listening 9, reading 9, writing 9, speaking 9.
What CELPIP score do I need for CLB 7?
For CLB 7 you need at least listening 7, reading 7, writing 7, speaking 7. CLB 7 is the minimum for the Federal Skilled Worker Program and Canadian Experience Class for most jobs.
How long are CELPIP results valid for Express Entry?
Language test results are valid for two years from the test date, and must be valid both when you create your profile and when you apply for permanent residence.
